Cook with Me - Eatton Mess

So recently I have been really getting into cooking and am more interested in what foods I actually eat. So today I thought I would show you a step by step guide on how you make one of my favourite desserts. 
To make this you will need the following tasty ingredients 

300ml tub of double cream
8 merang nests
350g strawberries

Step 1 

In a large bowl, whip the double cream until thick. Crush the meringue nests and fold through the whipped cream.

 



Step 2

Finely chop 2/3 of the strawberries (slice two into halves and reserve for decoration) and fold into the cream mixture.

 





Step 3

Using a food processor, puree the remaining strawberries and swirl through the mixture.

Step 4

Spoon into 4 serving glasses, top with the strawberry halves







Now all that's left to do is enjoy...
