On the Fourteenth day of Christmas... A Mali-coco hot chocolate

Today I am using a recipe from Sainsbury's, containing chocolate and Malibu for a festive treat.

For this you will need the following ingredients:

150ml semi skimmed milk
3 teaspoons of drinking chocolate powder
50ml Malibu rum
30 ml squirty whipped cream
10g milk chocolate, grated to serve







Step 1

Heat the milk until it is steaming but make sure it is not boiling.

Step 2

Put the chocolate powder into your favourite mug

Step 3

Pour the milk into the mug, stirring until the powder has dissolved.

Step 4

Stir in the Malibu rum

Step 5

Add the whipped cream to the top

Step 6

Decorate the top of the cream with grated chocolate.
