On the Twentyfourth day of Christmas ... Mince pies for Santa

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients
Ready to roll short crust pastry
Mince meat
 
Step 1
Preheat the oven on gas mark 5 and lightly grease some cake trays
 
 
Step 2
Roll out the pastry and cut out circles
 
Step 3
Put the pastry circles into the baking tins and add the mince meat
 

Add a star made out of pastry to the top of each one for decoration

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

Leave to cool
All that's left to do is put them on a festive plate and enjoy. But don't forget to leave a mince pie or two for Santa tonight...
