Hello again, Firstly Happy New Year. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and welcomed the new year in style. As with many people I have made a couple of resolutions, some of which personal and some in terms of my blog ideas. I would really like to try and get in shape physically as well as trying to cut back on spending. I thought I would therefore update weekly whether its been a good week or bad, as well as any tips I pick up along the way.
I know I started trying to cut back on my spending but I ended up failing as I started buying Christmas presents. I have recently booked a holiday for May so I want to take some spending money along with me.
I recently watched the Katie Hopkins programme on TLC about fat people and thought I would start by introducing more exercise each day by trying to do at least 10,000 steps everyday to see if that had any effect.
Lastly I also thought I would write about any news stories I felt affected by each week as a sort of blog Colum. I will still be doing the other style posts which I have always done but I hope to be able to write more posts.
