On The 26th Day Of Christmas ... What I Got For Christmas

Hello everyone!

As promised I'm back to my normal schedule so today I thought I would share with you the lovely presents I have been lucky enough to receive the year. This is in no way a bragging post or sponsored, I just simply want to share with out my lovely presents.

The Aga biscuit tin was something that I really wanted last year but they had sold out before anyone had a chance to buy it so I made sure that it was on my list again this year and I am delighted to say I received it this year.
I also received this quirky strawberry sponge as well as Soap & Glory's rich and glamorous shower cream which is one of my favourites from their range.
The house shaped box had me puzzled when I was given it but once I opened it I saw it contained some pretty bath products including fizzers, shower gel and hand cream.

As someone who gets stressed easily this Radox stress relief and muscle soak is going to come in handy. It also comes with a cute little duck for decoration.
I have never tried anything from the body shop (shock I know) so I can't wait to try out the Atlas Mountain Rose shower gel and fragrance mist. The set also comes with a puff which is always handy.
Another bath gift set I'm looking forward to trying out is the Botanica Mirabelle Plum  & Ruby Grapefruit set which includes a bath jelly, body lotion, shower cream and puff.

When I opened all of these goodies I couldn't believe it. I have an obsession with gingerbread men so I was over the moon to receive this Beauticology set. I will admit that I am already wearing one of the Tanya Burr  nail varnishes that are pictured above as well as the Zoella hand cream so I feel well and truly pampered. For me, Harrods is a part of being British so I love this soap that comes in its very own tin that I will treasure for years to come.

I was extremely saddened at Lynda Bellingham's passing without her getting her Christmas wish. We live in a time where we have more knowledge than ever before about cancer and I think it is important that we taught about it so that it is no longer a taboo subject so I'm really looking forward to reading her book, "There's something I've been dying to tell you".
I'm also really looking forward to watching my new Blu Rays. I have always been interested in Ancient Egypt, as well as both world war's so I can't wait to sit down and watch them as soon as I get a moment.
I know I'm a bit late on the uptake but I am now the proud owner of a selfie stick so watch out for many photos to come!
I always feel cold so the owl hand warmer is the perfect gift for me and I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of it.
I was asked to pick out a present for myself and I chose this beautiful rose gold bangle. It fits perfectly to my wrist which I normally find difficult so I knew it was made just for me.

As you may know, I have been trying to get fit, so I asked for a Fitbit as my main present this year. As I've got older I have realised that it is better to have presents that you want or will use rather than lots of things that I don't want. I am hoping that this will have me in my efforts to get back into shape.

I have always wanted a cookbook stand but I have never been able to find one that would fit my books. However, mum managed to find one and it is even made out of my favourite olive wood!.
I also was really grateful to receive some olive oil with rosemary. I use olive oil to cook most of my food and have just ran out so this couldn't have come at a more perfect time.
As part of my healthy eating I have been enjoying soup for lunch so I'm really excited to try out some new versions.

I was really surprised but happy to receive these coin as I have been collecting a few over the years. This year I received the Winston Churchill one, Concorde's last fly, Armistice Day 1918 and Royal Britannia as well as a matching keyring and display case.

As previously mentioned I love gingerbread men and I know have my own gingerbread lady decoration which is just super cute.
Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without some chocolate and as you can see I received plenty which I'm sure will be gone before the end of the year!

I love these cute Thumper pyjama's as well as the bunny slippers (although I think the dog loved them more!). I love using Dove soap as it feels so natural on my skin so I know I'm going to use this a lot.

Finally, I also have a tea infuser so I can now enjoy loose leaf tea which I prefer. I will admit that it has already been used a lot and I am currently sat here writing this with a cuppa!

I would love to see what you received so send me your photos. Did you receive any presents that you weren't expecting? I am so happy with my presents, I hope you are too.

Don't forget to come back tomorrow to see a very special blog post.

Until Next Time
