An Extra Food Friday Post For You

Hello everyone!

So I know this week's Friday post should be a fitness post, however I have decided to give up a few things for Lent, which began on Wednesday. For the last few years, I have given up something for Lent each year. The first time I did it, I gave up crisps and lost half a stone!

Giving up something for Lent is meant to be a challenge, so this year, I thought I would give up more than one thing and have actually decided to give up sweets, crisps and chocolate! I have still been munching through what I got for Christmas and am feeling so unhealthy that I really need to kick-start my healthy eating. Instead of the bad things, I am going to be snacking on fruit and vegetable's so I will let you know how I get on. 

Are you giving up anything for Lent? It doesn't really have to be food any more. It could be to not buy any make up or not buy any little extra's. I would love to know what you are giving up so let me know and if you have any tips or ideas to try to stop me reaching for that packet of naughtiness then let me know as I'm struggling already!
