As promised I'm back with a new Fitness Friday Post. When I was thinking what to write about, I began to struggle and the reason was simple - I have been struggling with my fitness. I haven't been to the gym for a week and a half and am contemplating missing another couple of days. This cold weather has made me want to stay curled up on the sofa, watching anything on TV so long as I didn't have to go outside.
So rather than bore on about my fitness goals that I'm currently not , I thought I would post some motivational quotes instead, to hopefully get me back into my routine. None of these are my own, they are just what is currently inspiring me so I hope you like them too ...
