Food Friday ... Banana & Oat Flapjack

For this recipe you will need:

110g porridge oats
110g caster sugar
1 dessert spoon of baking powder 
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
100g sultanas
225g of mashed bananas
4 tablespoons of skimmed milk
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

This recipe is really easy to do, simply mix all the dry ingredients together, then in a separate bowl mix together the bananas, egg whites, milk and vanilla extract, before mixing both sets of ingredients together. 
Bake in a lightly greased 23cm x 33cm pan and cook on gas mark 4 for about 35 minutes. 
All thats then left to do is let it cool down and cut into slices.
