Over the last year or so I have either been gifted or sent in subscription boxes lots of different skincare items. At the beginning of the year, I decided that enough was enough, I would use up all of the products I have (and let me tell you there is a lot!) before I went out to purchase any new ones. So as I'm working through my extensive collection I thought I would share my thoughts on some of the products I use. I thought today I would start off by talking about three different products that I used took and used on holiday with me.
The first one was the Ted Baker Body Wash which has always been one of my favourites. I can smell their signature scents from the other side of a room and always choose the Ted Baker products when I can. The body wash does everything I need it to do. Not only does it smell great, but it lava's up well and leaves my skin feeling super soft.
The second product I wanted to talk about was Anatomicals Body Scrub. I have had this in a drawer to try out for quite a while but just never got round to it. I therefore decided that my holiday would be the perfect time to try it, because I would need a light scrub to use while away. Up until that point, I had never tried anything from Anatomicals before but I was drawn to them because of the packaging. I learn quirky packaging and this one reminded me of Soap & Glory products. The tongue in cheek slogan catches your attention with "Don't just clean it woman, scrub it". When it comes to skincare whilst on holiday I have to be careful if I'm outside in the sun. Due to previous damage to my skin, the second I go into he sunshine, my skin becomes sore and super sensitive. This scrub worked really well with that and didn't irritate my skin, to the point I was able to use it everyday. It is a mixture of a wash, scrub and oil all mixed into one product that leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean and soft.
The last product I wanted to talk about today is the Venus Snap. I always buy one of these before I am due to go away. They are just like the normal Venus razor's but in miniature form so it is perfect for travelling. Not only that but it comes with its own case so that it doesn't damage anything else in your case.
I would love to try out more products from Anatomicals so if you have any recommendations leave a comment below and I will try it.
Until next time
