My Favourite Clinique Products

Hello everyone, welcome back.
I have been a huge fan of Clinique products ever since I was 16, when I bought my first ever 3 step skin care bundle. I'd never even heard of Clinique, until I started my job when I left school and all the girls there were using Clinique products. They advised me to start with the 3 step skincare routine and go from there, so I bought the bundle with my first pay. I used it morning and night and loved how clear and healthy my skin looked. Over the years, I have used Clinique on and off and so thought it was the perfect time to talk you through some of my favourites.

3 Step Skincare

Its not just because it was the first products I tried from Clinique that I love this so much. Its because of what it does to my skin, leaving it clear yet soft and moisturised too. The liquid soap is so gentle to the skin and doesn't sting your eyes either. The clarifying lotion comes in several different versions, depending on skin type, so it is essential that you pop down to your local Clinique counter and have the skin test done. It literally takes a couple of minutes but ensures you are getting the right products for your skin. If you buy the set, you also get the dramatically different moisturiser, however, for me this wasn't enough and so instead I use the moisture surge cream.

All About The Eyes cream

As I'm getting older, I've started to apply an eye cream each morning and evening. The All About The Eyes cream soothes my eyes whilst moisturising them as well. I have both the pot of cream and the roller ball version and love using both of them.

Long Last Soft Matte Lipstick

Believe it or not, this was the first ever lipstick I bought myself. Beforehand, I'd usually stuck to either a gloss or a balm. What is great about this lipstick is it does exactly as it says - lasts a long time. On average for me, it would last about four hours which is great. Even though its matte, it isn't drying at all and to be honest, if anything, it still moisturises your lips somehow.

Blushing Blush Powder Blush

This is one of my go to blushers because the colours are really natural and the powder stays in place all day. They contain just the right amount of pigmentation so that you don't end up looking like a painted doll. A little goes a long way with this blusher which is great on the bank balance too!

Quickliner For Eyes

This is by far my number one favourite eyeliner. Its application is precise and lasts all day without moving. Its also great for smokey eye looks because it comes with a tool on the other end which allows you to smudge the product a bit. You have to be quick though, because after 60 seconds, the product sets in place.

Turnaround Revitalizing Instant Facial

I'm probably on about my tenth bottle of this because I love it so much. Whilst it dries solid, its not at all harsh on my skin, which is great because my skin can be super sensitive with masks. I try to use this about once a week and just find that it leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean, ready to apply a moisturiser. The only thing I would say about this product is that if you get it on your lips, when it dries it they can be really sore, so make sure you apply a lip balm first.

These are just a handful of some of the amazing Clinique products I've tried. I would have included more but I didn't want this post to be too long. What's your favourite Clinique product?

Until next time

  1. Totally agree on the 3 step system. From being on a lot of medication, my skin felt like crepe paper for a long time and now I don't have to worry about it. Really interested in trying out that mask though.. It sounds divine!

    1. The mask is really worth the money, I'd definitely recommend trying it
